Dear Academy Families:

After much careful deliberation, and now a recommendation from the Mayor of Tucson to postpone events expecting an attendance of 50 or more people through the end of March, we regretfully announce that our Anniversary Celebration concert scheduled for Saturday, March 14 is postponed until further notice.

We will be meeting soon to decide on postponement plans, so will keep you informed as these decisions are made.  Once we know whether the concert will be postponed or canceled, we will be in touch regarding any ticket purchases you have made.

One final reminder, if you have relatives or friends who purchased tickets for this event, please inform them that it has been postponed, since we do not have contact information from the ticketing agent for audience members who are not students.

We look forward to seeing you at your lessons next week.

Best wishes for your continued health and safety.

Sincerely,

Nina Tishkevich
